How to log in to ShelfPerks?

How to sign-in to ShelfPerks as an Admin?

Admin Sign-in to Merchant Portal

ShelfPerks Merchant Portal can be accessed through a web browser from a computer or tablet with the minimum screen size of 9.7” connected to the internet.

  1. Type the Merchant Portal Address in the browser window.
  2. Enter your Username and Password on the login page.
  3. Click Login button.

Admin Sign-in to iOS ShelfPerks App (iPad/iPhone)

Onboarding Screen:

  1. Launch ShelfPerks Merchant App on your mobile or tablet.
  2. If the ShelfPerks Merchant App is downloaded for the first time or re-installed, a Welcome screen will appear with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy popup.
  3. Tap on the Accept button to proceed.
  4. On the Introduction page, tap on the Skip button to skip the introduction tour.
  5. On the Introduction page, tap on the Next button if you are new to the ShelfPerks App.
  6. If you are not registered to the ShelfPerks account, tap on the Next button.
  7. Specify the email address to get the registration link and tap on the Get Link button.
  8. Tap on the Registration link, to view the registration form.
  9. If you are already registered to the ShelfPerks account, tap on the Login button.
  10. Once the Merchant Sign-In page is displayed, follow the steps of Merchant Sign-In.

Merchant Sign in:

  1. After going through the welcome screens, specify the Merchant ID and tap on the Submit button.
  2. App Location Permission pop-up is displayed after Submit Merchant ID.
  3. System Location Permission pop-up is displayed when the App Location permission pop-up is closed.
  4. App Bluetooth Permission pop-up is displayed when the System Location Permission is Closed/Allowed.
  5. System Bluetooth Permission pop-up is displayed when the App Bluetooth Permission is Closed/Allowed.
  6. App Network Permission pop-up is displayed when the System Bluetooth Permission is Closed/Allowed.
  7. System Network Permission pop-up is displayed when the App Network Permission is Closed/Allowed.
  8. Login Screen is displayed when the System Network Permission is Closed/Allowed.
  9. On the login screen, enter your Username and Password.
  10. Select the Store (Locations) from the dropdown list. Tap on the Login button.

  8. Select the Store (Locations) from the dropdown list. Tap on the Login button.

  1. Launch ShelfPerks Merchant App on your mobile or tablet.
